The NVFMA membership elects 7 members to serve on the Board of Directors. Each Director holds office for a period of 3 years. Elections to fill vacancies in the Board are typically held at the January NVFMA General Membership meeting. Following the January meeting, the Board of Directors elects the NVFMA officers - President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
